Clean for Teams & Systemic Modelling
June 2018 – Expanded on the self-modelling approach to change with two trainings from Clean Learning in order to share the Clean approach with groups. Clean for Teams and Systemic Modelling are new ways for people to learn about one another in a group setting, enabling them to move away from contempt and competition and towards curiosity and collaboration.

Associate Certified Coach
September 2015 – gained Associate Coach Certification with the International Coaching Federation, the world’s largest community of professionally trained coaches. This certification demonstrated a thorough understanding of coaching competencies, high standards, a strong code of ethical practice and coaching excellence. The 3 year membership with this coaching body has now expired.

Certified Clean Facilitator
July 2015 – Finished a comprehensive series of Clean modules and certification from Clean Change which permits Natalie to facilitate using Clean Language, Clean Space, Emergent Knowledge and Persona Modelling. This unique Symbolic Modelling approach to coaching allows highly-polished, cutting-edge interventions that deliver results from dreamland with surgical precision.

Participatory Photography Project Facilitator
November 2014 – A fast-paced training in facilitating collaborative photography projects delivered by PhotoVoice. Course content included photography as a participatory medium, visual literacy, the ethics, consent and copyright of photographers and participants, creating a safe space, working with text and editing photos in a collaborative way.

Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching
September 2014 – Completed an in-depth psychological coach training programme at the AoEC in London, which are the most highly accredited coaching organisation in Europe. As an executive coach, Natalie is accredited to work with her unique coaching model and signature presence on behalf of organisations to best serve their staff members.

Foundation Year in Humanistic Psychotherapy
July 2011 – Started psychology training with Spectrum following a decision made after Natalie’s own five year personal experience of 1:1 therapy. This course explored various humanistic and psychoanalytic theories, group dynamics with a central theme of viewing the therapeutic process through verbal, symbolic and somatic communication.

Photography & Meditation Retreats
2010 & 2016 – Three fortunate trips to Dhanakosa in Scotland practicing Buddhist meditation (mindfulness of breathing for developing concentration and loving kindness for cultivating empathy) and learning how to bring quality of awareness into photo making. Periods of silence throughout the retreats supported the process of integrating meditation practice into the photography session.

Qualified Teacher Status
July 2005 – A leadership development programme with TeachFirst that first introduced Natalie to coaching. This year and a half post university – working as a secondary school ICT teacher at an inner city school in Peckham, London – was a catalyst in Natalie’s life.
